Careers
A small team with an unreasonable amount of leverage.
We are a global team: the United States, El Salvador, Brazil, Vietnam, Bosnia, Malaysia and Kenya. We hire wherever the best person happens to be. The goal is a world-class AI-native team, not a cheap one, and the map is the evidence.
- Marketing · Latin America
AI-Native Marketing Strategist
One strategist directing a full AI execution layer, running growth lines from $10M to $100M+. Not a management role. You already build things unprompted.
- Earned media · Remote
Founding Earned Media Lead
We already built the machine that sends the outreach. What it cannot do is decide whether a pitch is good or whether an editor's maybe is real. That is the job.
- Operations · Latin America
Operations Analyst, Social Accounts and Web Research
One careful operator doing what used to take a room full of people. Half account operations, half link and web research. Routine, high-consequence, and the JD says so plainly.
Not seeing your role? If you build things unprompted and you have run something real, write to us anyway at talent@synthweave.ai.
