What the job is

We run a portfolio of consumer brands on an agent-run operation. Software does the volume. This hire owns the careful, hands-on execution that keeps two things true: the social accounts stay alive, and the links are real, findable and countable. One full-time operator does what used to take a room full of people.

It is a routine, high-consequence job and we are saying so plainly, because saying so is itself part of the screen. The value is invisible when it goes right and expensive when it goes wrong. Carelessly handled accounts get banned and do not come back.

Half one: account operations

Remote into a US server, drive device-management software across a bank of phones running TikTok and Instagram persona accounts, follow account-warmup procedures exactly, maintain per-persona proxy configuration, run the daily activity, and log every session. Anything odd, an account warning, a CAPTCHA, behaviour that does not look right, gets flagged the same day rather than worked around. A light content-QA pass sits on top: checking short posts against a written checklist before they publish, not writing or rewriting them.

Half two: link and web research

Submit and verify business directory listings, keeping the business data byte-identical everywhere. Qualify prospect publications: tell a real publication from a content farm, and find the right editor. Find places a brand is already mentioned by name but not linked.

Both halves reward the same temperament. Get the details right every time, follow the procedure, finish what you start, and raise your hand the moment something looks off instead of working around it.

What we are looking for

Genuine procedural precision. You follow a fourteen-step procedure and do step nine correctly on day forty. Not detail-oriented as a resume adjective.
Research discernment. With a little training you can tell a real thing from a fake one: a genuine publication from a content farm, a clean listing from a sloppy one.
Technically self-serve. Remote desktops, proxy and VPN configuration, a bank of devices and accounts, spreadsheets. You pick tools up by using them rather than waiting for training.
Already using AI. Not willing to learn, but actively reaching for AI tools now. We are an AI-first company and this is not a nice-to-have.
Daily consistency and logging discipline. Evidence of running something daily on a schedule over months. If it is not logged, it did not happen.
You escalate rather than improvise. When something does not match the procedure we want to hear about it that day. Working around a problem quietly is the one habit that causes real damage here.
Good operational English. You read English copy and checklists without misunderstanding them, and write a flag a supervisor can act on without a follow-up question. This is not a copywriting role and near-native register is deliberately not required.

The schedule

Full-time, fixed weekday hours, 3:00 to 11:00 PM US Eastern. Colombia, Peru and Mexico do not observe daylight saving while the US does, so your local window shifts by an hour seasonally. Being able to commit to that fixed window as a regular schedule is a requirement, not a preference.

Compensation

$1,500 to $2,000 USD per month, full-time. That is benchmarked against nearshore operations and research analyst rates rather than against a general VA rate, because the research half of this job is a specialized skill and we are pricing it as one.
