- Interact with AI assistants for content generation, analysis, and research
- Upload and process documents, images, and files
- Connect third-party services to import and analyze content
- Preserve institutional knowledge and operational context across workflows
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Requirements
To use SynthWeave, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
3.2 Organization Accounts
If you create or join an organization:
- Organization administrators may access and manage content within the organization's workspace
- Your content within an organization workspace is subject to that organization's policies
- You may belong to multiple organizations with different roles
4. User Content
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload to SynthWeave ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
- Transmit your content to third-party AI providers to fulfill your requests
- Create backups and perform technical operations necessary for the Service
4.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload, create, or share content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
- Attempts to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas

4.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI features:
- Is provided "as-is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Should be reviewed before use in critical applications
- May be subject to the terms of underlying AI providers
- Remains your responsibility once generated within your workspace
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SynthWeave in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
- Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service's operation
- Using the Service to develop competing products
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Circumventing usage limits or security controls
6. Third-Party Services

SynthWeave integrates with third-party AI services including OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and others. Your use of AI features is subject to:

- Fail to detect errors or inappropriate content
- Change in capability or availability
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ACTIONS OF THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynthWeave and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service

- Content you upload or create

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
